Are you looking for a rewarding, full-time role as a Teaching Assistant in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school? SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting compassionate and experienced SEN teaching assistants to join a highly regarded special needs school in Harrow for the new academic year.

This modern, inclusive, and well-equipped SEN school supports young people aged 11 to 18 with a range of special needs, including:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

• Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD & SLD)

• Complex medical and communication needs, including students who use wheelchairs

The school offers a nurturing environment, fantastic training, and a cooperative team ethos, helping every student reach their full potential.

• Full-time positions starting September 2025

• Working hours: 8:30am-3:45pm, Monday to Friday

• £95 per day, paid weekly via PAYE (no umbrella fees)

• Support roles across secondary phase

• Working 1:1 with a student who is a wheelchair user

• Have previous experience working in an SEN school or setting

• Are patient, caring, and enthusiastic about inclusive education

• Can confidently support pupils with autism, learning difficulties, and physical disabilities

• Possess strong communication skills and a flexible, hands-on attitude
